The Development Associate will work alongside EPNI’s Development Manager in executing an annual community-centric fundraising strategy. They will focus on designing and executing individual donor strategies. They will work with the Development Manager to design and execute the Annual Development Plan including setting goals and managing the activities to achieve the goals. They will work with the EPNI Team Leads to align program needs with annual fundraising targets. The Development Associate functions as the administrator and operator of fundraising activities planned for the year. They will be delegated tasks by the Development Manager and ED as needed to support the maintenance of records, reports and the management of programs and operations finance budget to actual.
